Dokkaebi
The wood and hanji absorb the fragrance oil, allowing the scent to naturally fill the space.
The dokkaebi, in Korean folk belief, is a protective being that drives away misfortune and brings good fortune and wealth, feared yet familiar as a creature that interacts with humans.
Through mischief, humor, and supernatural powers, it expels evil and symbolizes popular beliefs that pray for the well-being and prosperity of the community.
